In July 2007 Casey O'Callaghan, four, died after being hit by a car outside his home in Ryelands Road.
* In April Diprose was
sentenced to 300 hours' community service after admitting driving without due care and attention. He was also banned from driving for five years.

* In October he was given a seven-day curfew for breaching his
community order.
